You Belong
I believe the power of story can change the world.
I believe one voice can change the world.
I believe everyone in the world needs to be committed to inclusivity, equity, diversity, and belonging.
I see the violence, neglect, poverty, racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, sizeism, homophobia, transphobia, Islamophobia, xenophobia, and other systemic forms of oppression and bias. I will confront and challenge my own implicit biases. I will reflect on my shortcomings in the past.
Art is for everyone and no one should ever feel unwelcome or unsafe in our theatre community. I vow to use my resources to help make the theatre community a community for all.
